LeaseVault is an independent property information website covering leasehold enfranchisement in England and Wales. - Formspree processes messages and requests submitted through our contact and lead forms.
- Mailchimp processes newsletter and free-checklist sign-ups (name and email address).
- Google Analytics 4 provides anonymised usage statistics, and only after you accept cookies.
- Google Fonts is loaded from Google’s servers, which means your IP address is sent to Google when a page loads.
- Gumroad sells our paid guide on its own site; when you click through, Gumroad’s privacy policy applies to your purchase. The same applies to Pinterest links.

- Your cookie choice (accepted or declined), stored locally in your browser.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: send calculator estimate reports and action guides you request; notify you of relevant leasehold law changes with your consent; respond to your enquiries; and improve our website based on analytics data.

LeaseVault may display advertising served by Google AdSense. At the date of this policy, no third-party advertisements are shown on this website. The terms below apply whenever AdSense ads are active on any page.
